Message Their involvement as an AMS distributor is not my #1 reason for shopping elsewhere. It is my shopping history with them that killed it for me. If I absolutely have to, I will still get something from them but, 9 times out of 10, I can get it elsewhere for a similar price. Every purchase with Z1 (and they are rare these days) is heavily weighed against an almost certainty that it will be screwed up in some way, form, or fashion.

That being said, I do not deny that Russell tries. From what I have seen, he is a strong manager and does genuinely care for the community. I just think there is a lack of ethics in some areas. These range from the infamous TT.NET hacking incident all the way to helping AMS become who they are today through their initial sole distribution in the US.

Never Play Leapfrog With A Unicorn!!!

Do yourself a favor and just worry about your own car. I don't see what everyone is so worried about anyway. If someone else wants to perform a modification that you believe will destroy the value, cheapen the Z32 or whatever you can't sit on your hands about, wouldn't that make your tastefully-modified, white bread Z32 more rare and valuable? -- BradZ (FL) on December 23, 2007 at 12:19 PM
